The admin module lets you add additional administrator with associated role to your Omaya platform. When you access the module, it will list existing administrator and its associated role in the system. To access the admin module click on Account > Admin from the navigation. On the admin listing module, you may search for specific user by using the search field.
The field and its function description is listed below.

Last Login | The date and time of last login for the admin. |
Role | The role associated with the admin. |
Status | The status of admin whether Active or Disabled. |
Created | The date the admin is added to system. |

ADD NEW ADMIN
Click on “Add Admin” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

Tenant ID | A unique tenant id for each tenant. |
Full Name | The full name of the admin account. |
Username | The username of admin. |
The email address of the admin id. It uses to send notification email. | |
Password | Password for the admin account. |
Role | The role associated with the specific admin. You can assign role from the list below to admin. |
Status | The status of admin whether it is Active or Deactive. |
UPDATE OR DELETE ADMIN
Click on update or delete icon from the admin listing. If you clicked the update icon, the update screen will display where you can update the setting of the user . Click on the delete icon to delete the admin. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the admin. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
