The user module lets you add additional administrator with associated role to your Omaya platform. When you access the module, it will list existing administrator and its associated role in the system. To access the user module click on Account > Users from the navigation. On the user listing module, you may search for specific user by using the search field.


The field and its function description is listed below.

NameThe username of the user.
EmailThe email address of the user.
Tag IDMAC address of the user device
TypeThe type of the user.
Venue/ZoneVenue or zone associated with the user
GroupThe group of the user.

Modules action :

  • To update the setting of the user.
  • To delete the user.


Click on “Add Users” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.


The field and its function description is listed below.

Tenant IDA unique tenant id for each tenant.
TypeThe type of the user
Tag IDThe MAC address of the user.
First NameThe first name of the user account.
Last NameThe last name of the user account.
MobileMobile phone number of the user account.
EmailThe email address of the user id. It uses to send notification email.
User GroupThe group of the user account.


Click on update or delete icon from the user listing. If you clicked the update icon, the update screen will display where you can update the setting of the user . Click on the delete icon to delete the user . A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the user. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
