Journey

Journey module will let you to design the path your customers experience to get online. The journey editor let you to create specific login journey for users. A journey can consist of multiple pages group together with the user flow of the pages. The journey box will auto expand when new pages are required to drag and drop in. To access the journey module click on Login Engine > Journey from the navigation. On the journey listing module, you may search for specific user by using the search field.





How Journey Works?

  1. Click on the “Add Journey” button to create a new journey.
  2. Fill in the name, choose the pre-login & post-login behavior, language and enable or disable status.
  3. Drag and drop the pages from the available page box into the login journey flow box. The page from available pages are created from page maker module.
  4. Click on “Save” button to save the new login journey.

The field and its function description is listed below.

FieldFunction
NameThe name of the journey.
Pre-LoginPre login behavior for user prior to the login journey.
Post-LoginPost login behavior for user experience after they have successfully login to the network.
PagesPage id that is link with the journey.
LanguageChoose the language either English, Chinese or Malay.
StatusStatus of the journey whether enable or disable.
Action

Modules action :

  • To edit the setting of the journey.
  • To delete the journey.




ADD NEW JOURNEY

Click on “Add Journey” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

The field and its function description is listed below.

FieldFunction
NameThe name of the journey.
Pre-Login

Choose the pre-login behavior.

  • Proceed to Landing Page : User will directly redirect to default login page or login journey pages that set.
  • Redirect to specific URL : User will be redirect to external url.
Post-Login

Choose the post-login behavior.

  • User will continue their destination : Read + Write : Full access
  • Redirect to specific URL : Read Only : Read only access
LanguageChoose the language either English, Chinese or Malay.
EnableClick on the enable icon if you wish to enable the new journey.

NOTE:

If you use specific URL, the remote page must redirect user back to journey page if user is to be allowed to connect to network.






EDIT OR DELETE JOURNEY

Click on edit icon, the edit screen displays which you can edit the setting of the journey.  Click on the delete icon to delete the journey. A prompt will be displayed to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the journey. Please exercise with caution as this, not a reversible action.
