Administrator

The administrator module is to add more administrators to Kiwire’s admin platform.  To access the setting module click on Configuration > Administrator from the navigation. All newly added administrator do not have the any right to access any module or perform any task until a role is associated. Go to Configuration > Role from the navigation to create the appropriate role to be assign to the administrator. If you wish the specific administrator to receive alert notification email, please set them to be able to “Receive Alert Email” role as well. When you access the Administrator module, it will list all existing administrator and its last login. On the administrator listing module, you may search for specific administrator by using the search field.



The field and its function description is listed below.
Field Function
Username Username of the administrator.
Fullname Fullname of the administrator.
Email Email address of the administrator.
Role Role of access level assign to the administrator.
Permission The access granted to the administrator :
  • Read Only : Read access only
  • Write Only : Write access only
  • Read + Write : Full access
Receive Alert Email Enable or disable receive alert email. Enable if administrator will receive email alert generated by system.
Balance Credit Remaing Balance for Kiwire.
Last Login Last login of the administrator.
Action Modules action :
  • To top-up balance for administrator.
  • To edit the setting of the administrator.
  • To delete the administrator.
  • To reset 2-Factor Key.

ADD NEW administrator

Click on “Add Administrator” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.


The field and its function description is listed below.
Field Function
Username Username of the new administrator.
Password Password assign to the administrator.
Fullname Full name of the new administrator.
Email Email address of the new administrator. Please use valid email if you wish the administrator to received email alert.
Receive Alert Email Enable or disable receive alert email. Option to receive alert email.
Permission The access granted to the super user
  • Read Only : Read access only
  • Write Only : Write access only
  • Read + Write : Full access
Role The role associated with the new administrator.
Send Email to Admin Enable or disable sending email to the admin.

EDIT OR DELETE administrator

Click the edit icon on the listing screen to edit the administrator. The edit screen be display which you can edit the setting of the administrator. Click on the delete icon to delete the administrator. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the administrator. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
